Extreme Ninja
Program

Our Ninja program combines obstacle training, parkour elements, tumbling foundations, and athletic development into one high-energy experience.
Athletes run, climb, flip, swing, vault, and conquer challenges designed to build focus, agility, grit, and confidence — all while having a blast.

Whether your child is fearless, shy, busy, or competitive, Ninja turns movement into motivation and skill into confidence.

About Our Ninja Program

At Extreme Cheer & Tumble, our Ninja program is built to inspire movement, courage, and problem-solving in every athlete.

Classes focus on:

🔥 Strength and agility
🔥 Balance and coordination
🔥 Obstacle skills and parkour basics
🔥 Spatial awareness and body control
🔥 Confidence through controlled risk and achievement

Led by positive, safety-focused coaches, our Ninjas learn how to try new things, push through challenges, and celebrate personal victories.

Ninja training is movement with purpose — building resilience, leadership, teamwork, and self-belief that carries beyond the gym.
